Child Development Center
Adventure ABA's Child Development Center (CDC) is an individualized program for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder that is conducted in a classroom setting. The CDC is for children ages 2-6 years old. CDC services are offered at both of our clinics, in session, Monday through Friday 9am-4pm. Before and after care is available by request. Please contact us if you are interested.
Children who attend the CDC get 1:1 support where each child has their own ABA therapist to help teach children the skills they need to be ready for school both behaviorally and socially, in a group setting. Children will have a schedule that they follow for the duration of the day that encompasses opportunities for each child to work on the individual and group goals for their own ABA program. Children in the CDC also will have the opportunity to attend 2 field trips per month with the group where they will practice social and safety skills in a community based environment.
Social Interactions
In the CDC clients are paired with similar functioning skills to engage in social groups to expose them to those important interactions! This allows them to pick up on play skills, initiate on conversations and so much more!
